Delivery and return policy

1. General provisions

1.1 These rules "Delivery and return rules" supplement the terms of the Public offer of the online shop "Stikso" with the requirements for the conditions of delivery, exchange and return of goods, and is an integral part of the Public offer.

2. Delivery of goods

2.1 Simple goods

2.1.1 By selecting the delivery service when ordering, the Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery of the pre-order or specify the post office from the provided list. The exact cost of delivery depends on the weight and price of the ordered goods.

2.1.2 Upon delivery and handover of the goods to the address specified by the Buyer, the goods shall be deemed to have been handed over to the Buyer, regardless of whether the goods were actually received by the Buyer or any other person who received the goods at the specified address.

2.1.3 The period of delivery of the Goods is specified in the description of the Goods (as a rule, the Goods shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2-15 working days after receipt of payment for the Goods and transport of the Goods, if the Goods are in the Seller's warehouse). If the Goods are not in the Seller's warehouse and are ordered, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer at the contact details provided by the Buyer to determine the exact date of delivery. In any case, the order confirmation shall be sent to the Buyer only after the payment has been credited to the Seller's account. The person picking up the goods from the Seller must present a valid identity document.

2.1.4 The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Shipper. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer to agree delivery conditions.

2.1.5 At the moment of delivery, the Buyer together with the courier or the Seller shall check the condition of the cargo, quantity, quality and range of goods. In any case, if at the moment of delivery the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging, he shall indicate it in the document provided by the Seller or draw up a separate act on such damage. The Buyer must do so in the presence of the courier or the Seller. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability to the Buyer in respect of damage to the goods due to packaging damage not noted by the Buyer on the delivery note.

2.1.6 If you choose to collect the Goods from the Seller at a pick-up point, the Goods must be received no later than 5 (five) working days after the Seller notifies the Buyer by email that the Goods are available for collection.

2.2 Speciality products

2.2.1. shall be picked up by the Buyer at the Seller's delivery point or delivered by the Seller's special courier (if such service is provided). The goods shall be transferred only to the person who purchased them from the Online Shop.

2.2.2 The person taking the special item from the seller must present the original valid identity document and the original authorisation for the special item (if required by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania "On the Control of Weapons and Ammunition"). The Special Item shall be handed over only to the person who purchased it in the system, by signing an acceptance certificate or other document. If the Special Item is purchased by a legal entity, the authorised person collecting the Special Item from the Seller must be provided with an original valid identity document, the Permit to Purchase the Special Item (and, if necessary, the Licence issued by the competent authority), a power of attorney and an employee ID.

3. Product quality and warranty

3.1 Detailed information about the products sold in the Online Shop is indicated in the description of each product.

3.2 The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the product images in the Online Shop may not correspond to the colour, shape or other parameters of the product due to the peculiarities of the display used by the Buyer.

Note: The size, shape, colour or other parameters of the exhibited goods may not correspond to the actual size, shape, colour or other parameters of the goods due to other technical reasons. The characteristic of the exhibit is specified in its description.

3.3 The Seller shall provide for the goods a quality guarantee published by the manufacturer, the specific term and other conditions of which shall be specified in the product descriptions (cards).

4. Returns and exchanges

4.1 Weapons, weapon accessories and ammunition (Special Goods) of proper quality, the circulation of which is regulated by the Law on the Control of Weapons and Ammunition of the Republic of Lithuania, are not subject to exchange and return.

4.2 All other sold Ordinary Goods are subject to correction, replacement and return of substandard goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, by filling in the claim form on the website of the Online Shop by the Buyer. When submitting the claim, the Buyer shall specify how he/she wishes the claim to be resolved:

- the defective product must be replaced with a quality product;

- repair the product under warranty;

- not to complete the product properly;

- to get your money back.

4.3 The Seller undertakes to investigate the claim as soon as possible, but not later than 14 (fourteen) days, and provide a response (its decision).

4.4 In order to return the Goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.

4.5 If the Buyer wishes to return the Goods, the following conditions must be met:

4.5.1. the returned product must be in its original packaging in good working condition (including instructions and warranty card, if enclosed with the product);

4.5.2 The Goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;

4.5.3. the goods must be unused and in good condition (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.). This does not apply to the return of defective goods;

4.5.4. the returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received by the Buyer;

4.5.5. proof of purchase must be provided when returning goods.

4.6. when returning the Goods, it is necessary to present the invoice received together with the consignment or any other document confirming the purchase of the Goods from the Seller

4.7 The Seller has the right not to accept returns from the Buyer if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure set out in clauses 8.4-8.6.

4.8 In case of returning the goods, the Seller undertakes to transfer the money for the returned goods to the Buyer only after evaluation of the returned goods. The money shall be credited only to the payer's account.

4.9 In case of return of improper and/or defective Goods, the Seller undertakes to accept such Goods and replace them with similar and suitable Goods. If the Seller does not have the goods for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid.

4.10. The Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods.

4.11. The Goods shall be returned to the address specified in clause 4.4.3 of these Rules or to a special courier (if such service is requested) at the place and time agreed by means of the message published in the Online Shop.
